1. Scope
This policy provides general guidance for website, software, CMS, app, design, consulting, maintenance and related digital services supplied by Web Bharat Media. A specific accepted proposal or agreement may contain project-specific cancellation and refund terms, which will prevail where applicable.
2. Project Cancellation
A cancellation request should be submitted in writing. Once work has started, charges may apply for discovery, design, development, content work, configuration, project management, reserved resources and other work already performed.
3. Advance and Milestone Payments
Advance or milestone payments are applied toward committed project work and resource allocation. Amounts attributable to completed or substantially completed work, approved milestones and committed third-party expenses are generally not refundable, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
4. Third-Party Charges
Domain registrations, hosting, paid APIs, premium licences, messaging credits, gateways, app-store charges and other third-party purchases are subject to the provider's own refund rules and may be non-refundable once purchased or activated.
5. Eligible Refunds
If a refund is agreed after reviewing the project status, it will normally be limited to the unearned portion of fees actually received by Web Bharat Media after deducting completed work, agreed milestones, applicable taxes or charges, and non-refundable third-party costs.
6. Timelines
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through a reasonable method and timeframe after written confirmation and completion of any required reconciliation. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
7. Maintenance and Recurring Services
Recurring maintenance, hosting-management or support plans may have separate billing and cancellation periods. Fees already earned for an active service period may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed.
8. Disputes and Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable statutory and forum jurisdiction, disputes shall be subject to competent courts and forums at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. Where legally maintainable before the High Court, the relevant forum shall be the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Principal Seat at Jabalpur.
